Jessica enjoys working closely with clients day-to-day to ensure that project goals are achieved. She manages both the project management team and the team of VOC interviewers.

With over 10 years in the business, she has facilitated client engagements for more than 250 Voice of the Customer studies internationally, across various industries.

Jessica holds a BA in Psychology from Rollins College. When she's not juggling projects and chatting with her team, Jessica loves long-distance running, often while catching up on her favorite podcasts. She also enjoys traveling and theater and has an affinity for good pizza. She resides in the Chicago suburbs with her husband, kids, and her enthusiastic golden retriever, Lady.
