Cristina has enjoyed managing projects and supporting customers since 2001, gaining experience in a variety of industries and geographies. She manages the operational aspects of a project, from assisting with planning to coordinating of the interviewing stage, keeping customers up to date and engaged throughout the process.

Cristina has been involved in VOC engagements for over 10 years, first as multi-lingual researcher and subsequently as project manager. Her experience as researcher has helped her gain deeper insight about how the interviewing process can be optimized to obtain more meaningful results and efficient workflow.

Cristina is a native Italian with a university degree in Conference Interpreting and Translation. Her academic background and professional skills translate well into the global VOC world where customer interaction, attention to detail, and problem solving are critical.

When she is not juggling projects and interviewing, Cristina juggles a variety of interests ranging from being an environmental sustainability advocate to traveling internationally – but doesn't mind lazy days at the beach, either!
