As Vice President, Engagement Manager, Daniel leads engagements that close the distance between B2B decision makers and their customers. With a proven track record of leading highly complex, international projects, he brings together human-centered research and data-driven strategy to accelerate organizational growth for clients.
Throughout his career, Daniel has served as a strategic partner for many of the world's best-known brands across a breadth of industries that include automotive, retail, restaurant, technology, healthcare, and engineering. Before joining the T4 team, Daniel led both the automotive and retail practices for Method, Hitachi's strategic design and digital product consultancy. Prior to that, he spent time at Medallia, a global leader in customer and employee experience software services, and McKinley Advisors, where he co-authored 16 strategic plans and conducted over 1,000 qualitative interviews.
Daniel holds a BS in Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability from The Ohio State University, and you can still catch him at Buckeye games on Saturdays in the Fall. He is an avid snowboarder, golfer, bowler, and traveler.
